dismissive staff malfunctioning plug
the pool provided acceptable relaxation . it was not overly crowded, and the water temperature was adequate.
Check-in proved difficult. the staff member seemed dismissive and assigned a room at the back of the hotel. This room had an unacceptable view of shrubbery. i had specifically requested a high floor. the bathtub plug did not function correctly, despite maintenance's supposed repair.

Excellent Stay with Family

pleasant surprise better environment extensive breakfast
This was not my first visit to this location. Some of the staff remembered me (it was a pleasant surprise!). Access is restricted with a magic pass. This gives the place a better environment now. I noticed the hotel also offers a good, extensive breakfast.
The minibar content was consumed when I arrived. It was not refilled (I mentioned it at the front desk!).

The room had a large TV and themed wallpaper (with Disney characters). Housekeeping dealt with any requests very quickly. The beds felt comfortable after long days out.

I thought the breakfast was okay. There were options available such as sausage and eggs. Tea was served from a teapot, keeping it warmer. I also noticed there was fresh fruit available.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Camille was especially friendly at reception. The location of the hotel is quite convenient (it is near Disneyland Park entrance). WiFi access was reliable .

i stayed in a beautiful triple room. the lumiere restaurant was excellent. the princess and character meetings were great touches to the stay.
the room did not have slippers.

Pure Magic at This Hotel!

fine beauty cozy beds worry-free service perfect location
The location was ABSOLUTELY perfect. The interiors showcased fine beauty and an enchanting aroma permeated the entire hotel. I found the beds and pillows cozy, I slept like a log. Staying on-site provided access to early hours at the park. The service was magnificent, everything was worry-free.
The only slight issue was that the pool felt a LITTLE bit small considering the hotel's size.

Our Superior Family Room featured two queen beds. There was a large tv with international channels. The bathroom contained L'Occitane toiletries, I found this to be an extra luxury.

Staff members spoke multiple languages fluently, this made communication easy for international guests. The concierge provided helpful information about park hours, definitely a plus. Housekeeping ensured our room was super clean daily with fresh towels.

The hotel boasts a fitness center with treadmills, I found this to be useful for daily workouts. There are multiple dining options including a buffet restaurant, perfect for families with picky eaters. The on-site boutique sells Disney merchandise and souvenirs.

spacious room sturdy bed
I really enjoyed the spacious room. The superior quadruple room was perfect. the sturdy beds were a great feature for a comfortable sleep. the room service was also good. It delivered quickly and efficiently, the food was AMAZING!!!
The hotel decor lacked personal touches. I expected a bit more themed decorations, especially for the price.

a decent stay

easy access friendly staff smaller reception disorganised queue
the location was very nice especially for families with children it gave easy access to the park all hotel staff have friendly behaviour particularly with children they were warm and cute
i walked through the door and noticed the decor is beautiful but a touch darker than before the smell hits you as you walk in through reception it is not the same as the gorgeous smell from years ago reception was smaller with less desks and queues were disorganised
